Enormu Solutions Terms of Service
Effective September 12, 2026
These terms apply to the Enormu Solutions website and remote-placement support service. Enormu Solutions helps applicants pursue third-party remote contract opportunities; Enormu Solutions is not the employer for those opportunities unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
1. Placement support service
- Enormu Solutions may assist with application preparation, account setup, required checks, opportunity matching and related placement support.
- Available opportunities, acceptance decisions, training, schedules, compensation and continued work are determined by the applicable third-party company or program.
- Applicants must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents.
2. Service fee and refunds
The placement service fee displayed on the website at the time of payment is charged for Enormu Solutions' placement-support work and is non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Payment of the service fee does not purchase employment and does not guarantee acceptance into any specific opportunity.
3. Background checks
A background check may be required for some opportunities. The applicable background-check fee is shown before it is recorded. A background-check fee becomes non-refundable once it has been paid or remitted to the background-check vendor, because the third-party service has then been ordered or purchased. If an applicant pays the vendor directly, that payment is governed by the vendor's own terms. Enormu Solutions does not guarantee the result of a background check.
4. Opportunity availability and timing
Enormu Solutions may publish estimated processing or acceptance timeframes, but they are estimates only. Opportunity availability and third-party processing can change without notice. No specific job, contract, start date, schedule, number of hours or level of earnings is guaranteed.
5. Third-party relationship and contract-document authorization
After acceptance, the applicant may be required to complete training and comply with the third-party company's systems, policies, equipment requirements, scheduling rules and contract terms. Enormu Solutions is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, decisions or policies controlled by a third party.
As part of the placement and onboarding service, you authorize Enormu Solutions, to the extent legally permitted and where required for the selected opportunity, to receive, review, acknowledge, accept and submit relevant program or contract documents on your behalf. These documents may include, without limitation, non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements, DND acknowledgements where applicable, Statements of Work (SOWs), program agreements, policy acknowledgements, onboarding forms and related service documents. By submitting an application or continuing to use Enormu Solutions' placement services, you agree to this authorization and agree that documents accepted or submitted by Enormu Solutions within the scope of that authorization may be treated as accepted by you.
This authorization does not permit Enormu Solutions to knowingly change material contractual terms presented for your placement, make unrelated financial commitments in your name, or accept obligations outside the applicable opportunity without your additional authorization where required.
6. Applicant responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, identity, tax/registration and application information.
- Maintain any computer, wired internet, webcam, headset or other equipment required by the selected opportunity.
- Complete required steps within stated deadlines and protect all credentials issued to the applicant.
- Do not submit falsified, altered or misleading documents or impersonate another person.
7. Communications
By submitting an application, you authorize Enormu Solutions to contact you about your application, available opportunities, required documents, fees, background checks and placement-related updates using the contact information you provide.
8. Payments and records
Enormu Solutions may maintain records of service-fee payments, background-check payment status and related transaction details. Changing a current published fee does not retroactively change a transaction that was already completed or recorded.
9. Acceptable use and security
You may not misuse the website, access another person's records, upload malicious content, interfere with security controls, commit fraud or use Enormu Solutions systems for unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual property
The Enormu Solutions name, website, eScheduler software and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the service does not transfer ownership rights.
11. Limitation of service
Enormu Solutions provides placement support and does not warrant that every applicant will be accepted or that a third-party opportunity will remain available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as Enormu Solutions services, fees or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.

eScheduler Terms of Service
Version 1.3 · Rebranded September 4, 2026
eScheduler is an Enormu Solutions browser-extension product that assists eligible users with scheduling on supported Arise/Starmatic pages. By installing, activating or using the loader or protected scheduler, the subscriber agrees to these terms.
1. Subscription access
eScheduler is sold as a subscription access product. Access is tied to the plan selected for the subscriber and follows a fixed renewal schedule.
2. Renewal schedule
- Pay-Cycle Access renews on the fixed 9th and 24th pay-cycle dates.
- Monthly Access renews monthly on the subscriber's assigned date: the 9th or the 24th.
- Starting late, paying late or using the tool less often does not extend the next renewal date.
3. Payment and status
- Payment should be received by the renewal date.
- If payment is not received by the renewal date, the license may become expired and eScheduler may stop loading.
- A suspended license is manually blocked by the administrator and remains blocked until reactivated.
4. Personal license restrictions
- Each license is for one subscriber and one registered Starmatic account.
- The first verified Starmatic account name may be saved to the license.
- If the signed-in Starmatic account does not match the registered account, normal subscriber licenses may be blocked. Authorized administrative access may operate on another account, but synchronized subscriber data is not loaded or saved unless the account name matches the registered license.
- Sharing, reselling or transferring a license to a different subscriber without approval is not allowed.
5. Device and browser use
A license is not limited to one browser or device. Access may move to a new browser or device when the same registered Starmatic account is used. Simultaneous use of the same license on multiple browsers or devices is not permitted. Suspected abuse may result in the license being blocked.
6. No guarantee of work or earnings
eScheduler is a helper tool only. It does not guarantee schedule-release availability, successful selections, work opportunities, earnings or uninterrupted operation of Arise, Starmatic or another third-party platform.
7. Responsibility for selected shifts
The subscriber is responsible for reviewing intervals selected through eScheduler and for working shifts they accept or submit. The subscriber is also responsible for correcting or releasing unwanted intervals according to the scheduling platform's rules.
8. Service limitations
Changes, outages, maintenance, browser issues, internet problems or third-party platform changes may affect how eScheduler works. Reasonable fixes may be provided, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Do not attempt to bypass the licensing system.
- Do not tamper with the loader, extract protected code or reverse engineer the protected scheduler.
- Do not use another person's Starmatic account with your license.
10. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable after activation, except in cases such as duplicate payment or a service-side issue that cannot reasonably be corrected. Any rights required by applicable law still apply.
11. Information used
The system may store subscriber information such as name, contact details, license details, Starmatic account name, browser identifier, synchronized scheduler presets, pay estimates, Commitment Adherence statistics, campaign preferences and payment records for licensing, synchronization, account protection, support and billing management.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means the subscriber accepts the current version.
eScheduler Privacy Policy
Last updated September 4, 2026
eScheduler ("the extension") is an Enormu Solutions browser extension that assists with shift scheduling on supported Arise/Starmatic scheduling pages and requires an active license to function. This policy explains what the extension collects, why it is collected and how it is used.
Information eScheduler collects or processes
- License Key — verifies that the user has an active license before protected scheduler features are enabled.
- Browser / Device Identifier — a randomly generated identifier, not a hardware serial number or real device ID, used to recognize the browser and manage license activation.
- Starmatic Account Name — associates synchronized information with the correct licensed subscriber and helps prevent information from being mixed between users. Synchronized information is loaded or saved only when the detected Starmatic account matches the account registered to the license.
- Scheduler Presets — saved presets may be synchronized across the subscriber's own devices.
- Pay Estimates — current and previous pay-period estimates, including hours, worked days, estimated earnings and expected pay dates, may be synchronized across devices.
- Commitment Adherence Data — Pay Cycle Commitment Adherence and Rolling 30-Day Commitment Adherence statistics may be synchronized so history remains consistent across devices.
- Campaign Preferences — campaign-specific scheduler preferences and synchronized settings required for extension functionality.
- Release Window Timing — detected release dates and times may be stored locally so Chrome alarms can start eScheduler shortly before a release window and return it to the stopped state after the configured window when it was automatically started.
- Keep Awake — while eScheduler is running, the extension may request that Chrome keep the computer and display awake so scheduled monitoring and selection can continue. The request is released when eScheduler is stopped.
eScheduler does not collect passwords, payment-card information, government-issued identification numbers, health information, personal files, browsing history outside supported pages or information from unrelated websites.
How extension information is used
- Verify the user's license.
- Synchronize settings across the user's own devices.
- Restore presets, pay estimates and Commitment Adherence information.
- Maintain eScheduler functionality.
- Schedule automatic start and stop actions around detected release windows without continuous time polling.
- Keep the computer and display awake while eScheduler is actively running.
- Prevent different licensed users from sharing synchronized data.
Extension information is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Alarm and keep-awake features do not collect additional personal information.
Website access
- Supported Arise/Starmatic scheduling pages.
- The Enormu Solutions licensing server used by eScheduler.
The extension does not monitor, collect or transmit information from unrelated websites. Navigation links shown by the extension do not grant it access to unrelated page content.
How extension information is stored
Synchronized information is stored on the private licensing server and associated with the licensed account. The detected Starmatic account name is checked before synchronized information is loaded or saved to help prevent cross-account data mixing. Local extension settings continue to be stored in the browser.
Data retention
Information associated with the licensed account is retained while reasonably necessary to provide licensed synchronization, account management and support. Local data may remain in the browser until the extension or its stored data is removed.
User choices
- The extension may be uninstalled at any time to stop future extension activity.
- A subscriber may request deletion of synchronized account information by contacting Enormu Solutions.
Changes to this policy
If this Privacy Policy changes, the last-updated date will be revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
